La Quebrada in Aurora

Really good authentic restaurant with friendly service. My only small criticism was that I wasn’t a fan of the salsa for the chips (I prefer cold salsa that’s a little less spicy). Other than that, it was amazing and I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped by here on the way to a movie. Best Torta I've had in a while. Service was a little slow but everyone who helped us was really friendly. The live music was a nice touch too. We'll be back!

Picked up 2 orders together for UberEats from here, serving traditional+authentic Mexican food. Many Customers prefer this place

A very decent restaurant for good Mexican food. We ordered enchiladas with three different sauces. The food was delicious and the service was good. My favorite was horchata, cold, sweet and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for food lovers.

Great variety of seafood and other Mexican dishes! I love their " agua de piña".

If you're looking for a place to bring all the familia together, this is the place! Ceviche is delicious! Sea food dishes are their best. Carne La Quebrada is my favorite plate, meat is very tender and juicy. Its beautifully remodeled, which gives off a relaxing vibe. If you plan on going on a holiday expect it to be packed, call for a reservation ahead of time.

The food here is good but only when it comes as ordered. This place has no problem charging for extra condiments, they just didn’t add the condiments to my last two orders. Since restaurants are pick-up-only, I expect to get what I pay for. It’s not like there are busy with a full house during this pandemic. When I was picking up my food there was a customer on the phone complaining that their order was messed up. I called in Spanish not English so I’m having a hard time understanding the issue here. When I called to explain they put me on hold and just hang up. La Broken needs to be fixed!

Good food but the service is so poor. We sat down for the longest and all the servers were just standing around talking and there were only a few customers at this time around 3pm. And the head lady @ the register who I expressed my complaint to was like ok and? So rude I'll never go back there.

I havent been here in years because I wasn't impressed the first couple times. I decided to give it a try because so many of my friends say it's so good and go there often. I was very impressed! Staff was very friendly and the food was phenomenal! Will be back for sure!

We arrived on Sunday around lunch time but were seated almost immediately. The place was brightly decorated and you could tell it was authentic by all the people talking Spanish. We had the skirt steak with grilled shrimp and though it was delicious I couldn’t finish it. We also ordered the skirt steak dinner and a steak torta. The prices are above average but the food is worth it. The only negative is the waiting for your order. That and they were trying to give out order to a different table. We’d go again if we’re ever in the area but would keep an eye on the server to make you get your food.

I must say moving here from Texas and knowing what real Mexican food taste like I would recommend anyone & everyone to come here! The food is really authentic Mexican food. There is no other Mexican restaurant like La Quebrada

Mexican comfort food at its best!

Went there a few years back and it was horrible. Food didn't taste good. We went back recently and it was amazing. The food was amazing and quality. The waitress wasn't very attentive but it was understandable considering the amount of people that were in the restaurant and she still tried her hardest to tend to all if her customers.

The 4 plates my family and I ordered were AMAZING. Our server was very attentive and professional. He suggested a choice from the menu for me based on what I was looking for and it was delicious. I truly recommend Arrachera a la Mexicana!!! We will definitely be back next time we are back in Aurora, Illinois.

Great Food and Amazing Service! We loved everything about it!

This is no doubt one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am deeply pleased. They preserve their high standard service and the highest level of food they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Best Tacos in Town! Also best beers.. they serve them in a salted frosted mug with a whole lime juiced in the bottom.

Just moved out this way from Chicago and La Quebrada was just like the food I grew up with on the southwest side. I went on a Saturday night and the place was packed which was a good sign to start.I always judge a Mexican restaurant by the al pastor and theirs is phenomenal. They also boast some of the best salsa, great horchata and my wife really enjoyed her steak torta.I don’t believe I’ll be going anywhere else in the area for Mexican food again and I can’t wait to go back already.

Loved it. And the guy that helped us was so kind. Talked to us like we were friends. So nice to have that during these crazy times! Can't wait to go back.

Simply the best to my taste

This was a very good place to eat. The night we were there it was very busy however, we were seated quickly. We ordered Margaritas and they were very tasty. Chips & salsa was really good. I had never had cactus and our server brought out a sample before I ordered it to make sure I would like it. I had steak tacos and cactus which was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and service was good. Would definitely go back.

At the first moment you enter that restaurant the stuff gives you a comfortable feeling. Very congenial hosts, it is a good place to enjoy with your friends or with your date. Great cooking, professional chief cook and stuff, comfortable cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I love their food and service! They always seem to be open to serving your needs and they are soo great with large orders. The workers are fantastic and they listen to your orders especially if you have picky kids with you. They also make deep sea fishing look REALLY fun (lots of swordfish on the walls!)They have a changing table for when you bring your babies out too

I haved lived in Aurora for over 16yrs and we never bothered to check this place out. I am saddened that it took us so long to finally enjoy their food. We have gone at least 4 times in the last month it is our new favorite place to come if we want authentic Mexican food. I have yet to be disappointed and my wife orders the cecina which is their air dried thinly sliced steak. I've had their three different steak dinners and they were great. Provecho

This spot is worth a visit. They serve big portions for fair rates. Always neat and with excellent vibes. Will visit here again.

Amazing food. The outside does look residential and the with the food is great. Makes you feel at home.

Good food. I happened to visit on a day when they were serving pizza soup. It was amazingly delicious. They dont have it all the time but ask, it might be the day! My server was great.

delicious food, this is one of my favorite spots to be at right after church, they have the best breakfast, they have the best dinners to, lots of selection on there menu. the restaurant is clean and service is very good. the only thing I would mention is there is only 1 stall for women sooo.. yeah but aside from that it's one of the best restaurants in aurora.

So far so good. Sick of the places by the house went a little south down 25 and drove past this place turned around and grabbed some taco dinners. If it's good as everyone says I'm sure we will be back. Walked in guy took my to go order and let me know I can go chill in my car and they will bring it out. Tall dude with beard was cool.
